PostNL is planning on selling their real estate holdings (“old” post offices) before 2015. The objective is to sell the approximately 200 buildings for the best possible price.


PostNL asked Retail Management Center to provide a vision for a number of inner city post office locations with the aim to identify all possible retail options. The RMC®  Location Vision is conducted for each location. Desk research and field work form the foundation on which the retail vision is based. The vision is conceptual with an added shortlist of potential retail parties/ tenants.
